Hi. My name is George and I started this Company! We are located in the state of Massachusetts and do most of our boating off Cape Cod. I run a Sea Ox walk-around called "No Regrets" and chase stripers and blues either off Race Point or Monomoy Island whenever I get a chance.

We do business on the Internet as RideSoflty.com. We are a small company involved only in the development and production of shock absorbing systems for marine seats. As such, all our efforts go into assuring that this product is the best that we can possibly make it. The impetus for this was triggered a number of years ago out of personal necessity. If you like to be on the water like I do, you will inevitably find yourself in less than ideal weather conditions. If you do your boating in salt water or large lakes, you know it can get rough very quickly. After experiencing such discomfort first-hand, I quickly began looking for a remedy. I figured that someone must be selling a product that solves this problem. After looking far and wide, I was amazed that nothing like this was out there. Most will give up at that point, a few will take matters into their own hands (for better or for worse).

If you're on your own, the process begins in a modest fashion, usually in one's garage or basement workshop. Many ideas are examined; most are discarded. However, if the fundamentals are valid, the project begins to take shape. One day, you realize that you actually have done it! There it is sitting on the workbench, pretty as can be. But will it work?

So you start testing. As the waves get large the pounding begins. At first everything seems to be OK. Then disappointment sets in quickly when you observe your creation rattling apart. So you pick up the pieces, take a few steps back and start over again. You do this as many times as you have to because you know that anything less is simply unacceptable. One by one, you work out the problems until finally you have something you can be proud of. But this again is only the beginning because now you need to figure out how to produce in quantity and at a reasonable price. And then, how do you get people to take notice?
