We strive for 100% customer satisfaction by providing the best product we can.  We realize, however, that sometimes even this is not enough.  If you wish to return an item within 30 days of the purchase date, you may do so and receive a refund on the purchase price.  All returns must be in the original condition and original packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at CustomerService@ridesoftly.com.  Please provide us with your name, order number and what you are returning.  We will then issue you a return authorization number (RMA number). This number must be written on the return shipping label.  Upon receiving your return, we will credit you the cost of the item (shipping charges are not refundable).  Only the credit card used in the original purchase may be credited.

Returning an item for warranty also requires that you first obtain a return authorization number as described above.  All warranty returns must be in the original packaging.  Shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility.
